AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN DAMS INSIDE THE FRIAR LAND ESTATES.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. The sum of forty seven thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be spent by the Director of Lands, with the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, as follows:

For the repair of the Diezmo Dam, in Santa Rosa, Laguna

P7,000.00

For the repair of the Anabu Dam in Imus, Cavite

10,000.00

For the construction of a dam, to be known as the Katipunan Dam in the barrio of Palangue, Naic, Cavite

10,000.00

For the repair of the Tubigan Dam in Binan, Laguna

20,000.00

P47,000.00

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
