SUPPLEMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2010-015
On March 4, 2010, the Board issued Memorandum Circular No 2010-015 reiterating the Nationwide Moratorium Acceptance of New Applications/Petitions for The Issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience except Truck for Hire Service.
As a supplement thereto, School Service and Shuttle Service (with the use of coasters, coaches, Mini Buses or Buses) are hereby added as exceptions from the moratorium policy.
This Memorandum Circular amends and supersedes all issuances inconsistent herewith, and shall take effect immediately following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. Three (3) copies hereof shall be furnished the UP Law Center in accordance with the Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
