DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO

WHEREAS , the City of Panabo marks its “10th Araw ng Panabo City” on March 24 –31, 2011;

WHEREAS , in order to give the people of the City of Panabo full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare March 31, 2011 as a non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III , do hereby declare Thursday, March 31, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
