AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTIONS (c) AND (d) OF SECTION EIGHT, ARTICLE TWO, CHAPTER TWO, OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-TWO, AS AMENDED.

Be It enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. Subsection ( c ) and ( d ) of section eight, article two, chapter two, of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and ninety-two, as amended, are further amended to read as follows:

"(c) Private motor trucks, including the trucks of customs brokers or customs agents when used in or about any port and its adjoining municipalities, passenger buses and trailers with pneumatic rubber tires, the sum of four pesos per hundred kilograms of maximum allowable gross weight or fraction thereof.

"(d) Private motor trucks including the trucks of customs brokers or customs agents when used in or about any port and its adjoining municipalities, passenger busses and trailers with solid rubber tires or with part solid and part pneumatic rubber tires, the sum of five pesos per hundred pesos per hundred kilograms of maximum allowable gross weight or fraction thereof." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
