REVISED TEC/VISA APPLICATION

Effective June 19, 2000, all manufacturers/exporters are required to use the revised application form for TEC/Visa.

Basically, the revision is confined on-the first page of the TEC/Visa form to indicate the following information for internal purposes:

Names of Processor/Statistician

TEC/Visa No.

Date issued

Penalty

Hold release/Pending

No TEC/Visa application will be processed unless the revised form is used.
