DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 2005, marks the 58th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Dagupan, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done, in the City of Manila this 16th day of June in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
