DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE
WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 30, 2005, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Mandaue;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 30, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of August, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
