SUBJECT : OVERSEAS ECONOMIC COOPERATION FUND OF JAPAN

In the implementation of the Leyte Industrial Estate Port Development Project to be co-financed by the 9th Yen Loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Antonio L. Carpio, General Manager of National Development Company and/or Miguel M. Zosa, President/General Manager of Philippine Phosphate fertilizer Corporation is hereby designated as implementing officer of this specific project.
