SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CCC CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of CCC CONSTRUCTION by the OIC District Engineer, Negros 1st Engineering District due to intolerable negative slippage in the construction of 1 Classroom school building at Arebasore, Mabinay, Negros Oriental, the said CCC CONSTRUCTION and its proprietor are hereby suspended, effective immediately, for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

In addition, all concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to CCC CONSTRUCTION and its proprietor pending determination and settlement of its financial liabilities to the DPWH by virtue of said rescission.
