QUEDAN ISSUANCE BEGINNING JANUARY 22, 1990
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Agriculture released in January 1990 an additional quota (3rd announcement) of 43,464 MTRV or 41,994.20 MT commercial weight;
WHEREAS, to insure the filling of this additional quota on or before September 30, 1990, it is necessary to release an equivalent "C" reserve sugar;
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. Sugar produced from January 22, 1990 shall be quedanned in the following percentages:
"A" or export sugar---------
14%
"B" or domestic sugar-------
55%
"C" or reserve sugar---------
23%
"D" or world market sugar---
8%
———
100%
SECTION 2. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Order are hereby amended, modified or revoked accordingly.
