DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE
WHEREAS , Thursday, September 30, 2004, marks the 4th Charter Day anniversary of the Cityhood of Masbate;
WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbatel be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, September 30, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Masbate City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
