DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2019, Wednesday, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark its 19 th Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival 2019; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
