COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES

Upon successful completion of the operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the module of the Driver's Licensing System (DLS) was issued last July 19, 2003 for Baguio Licensing Center.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement and the UAT Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fee, to wit:

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication from three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
