LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF HOWA CO., LIMITED

In view of the amicable settlement entered into by the Department of Public Works and Highways and Howa Co., Ltd. and their Joint Motion to Dismiss Civil Case No. 92-1037 entitled "HOWA COMPANY LTD. versus HON. JOSE P. DE JESUS, et. al.", Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 18, Makati, Metro Manila, the suspension/blacklisting of Howa Co., Ltd. under Department Order No. 215 dated October 23, 1991, is hereby lifted effective immediately.
