PRE-HANDLING/POST-HANDLING SERVICES PERMIT
Effective immediately, all pre-handling and post-handling services inside the port premises such as cargo piling, bagging/weighing, shifting, stuffing, stripping, and like special handling services shall be subject to a prior permit for approval from the Authority
All port users/parties concerned are advised to secure an approved permit for such activities as above-cited from the North Gate Terminal Office of the Authority prior to any pre-handling or post-handling service.
The authorized cargo handling operator, SCIPSI, is likewise advised to see to it that only cargoes with duly approved permit for such activities shall be given the pre-handling/ post-handling services.
Attached is a sample form for the purpose.
Please be guided accordingly.
