ADDENDUM TO DECS ORDER NO. 98, S. 1998 (GUIDELINES GOVERNING PTAS AND PTCAS AT THE SCHOOL LEVEL)

1. With reference to the provision on the limitation on membership, the following clarificatory policy is hereby issued:

"In no case shall public school principal/administrators become members of the PTAs and PTCAs organized in their respective schools. Consequently, they cannot be members of federations, organizations, and associations of PTAs and PTCAs in their locality." 2. Immediate and wide dissemination of the contents of this Order, and strict compliance thereto are enjoined.
