EXEMPTION FROM P.D. 1853 OF THE ADVANCE PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES OF ACCREDITED EXPORTERS PER THE EXPORT DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1994 (R.A. 7844) *

Attached for your reference and guidance is a copy of the rules and Regulations Implementing the Export Development Act (EDA) of 1994 (R.A. 7844). We wish to invite your attention to the provision of Rule VII Section 2 (a) thereof of P.D. 1853 or the advance payment of Customs duties and taxes. Please be guided accordingly.
