DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2022, Friday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its annual festival;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare, Friday, 04 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
