SUBMISSION OF FALSE SEA SERVICE RECORD OF SHIPPING COMPANIES

Adopted: 28 October 2014 Date Filed: 05 January 2015

The Administration hereby reminds all shipping companies to accurately state in the Certificate of Sea Service and Seafarer's Identification and Record Book of seafarers the vessel/s that the seafarer actually boarded.

Shipping companies are also reminded to correctly state the details of the vessels.

MARINA Regional Offices are directed to remind Shipping Companies of this advisory.
