MISSIONS AND MISSION ORDERS

Effective immediately and up to 15 January 1997, the traditional moratorium on going out on missions outside the customs zone shall be observed.

Issuance of Mission Orders is accordingly suspended. The only exception shall be those that will be issued personally by the undersigned covering highly meritorious cases upon the recommendation by the Chiefs, Enforcement and Security Service and Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service.
