[ PROCLAMATION NO. 823, October 10, 2019 ]

DECLARING MONDAY. 14 OCTOBER 2019 AND FRIDAY, 25 OCTOBER 2019. AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAYS IN THE CITY OF ANGELES, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA WHEREAS, on 14 October 2019 (Monday) and 25 October 2019 (Friday), the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga, will mark the opening day of the Kuliat Festival (Fiestang Kuliat) and the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan, a festival which symbolizes the resilience of the people during the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, respectively; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Angeies be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare 14 October 2019 and 25 October 2019 as special (non-working) days in the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga.
