RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY OF AGENTS AND GENERAL AGENTS

Pursuant to Section 299 of the Insurance Code, certificates of authority of insurance agents and general agents must be renewed annually from the 1st day of January or within six months thereafter. To avoid last minute rush and to facilitate the early release of renewed certificates of authority, insurance companies are hereby enjoined to file application for renewal thereof as early as possible.
