LIST OF ADDITIONAL REIMBURSEABLE DRUGS INCLUDING OVER-THE-COUNTER DRUGS, FOUND IN THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL DRUG FORMULARY

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) has approved the following drugs for inclusion in PhilHealth's Positive List. These drugs can be found in the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for Hypertension, Urinary Tract Infection and Pneumonia. Claims for Medicare refund for these drugs will be reimbursed only when used in the treatment of the diseases indicated in the CPGs:

At the same time, the Corporation has approved the compensability of the following over-the-counter or "non-prescription" drugs that are listed in the Philippine National Drug Formulary:
