AMENDING THE ESTABLISHED/DESIGNATED ANCHORAGE GROUNDS OF THE MANILA INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL (MICT) AS SPECIFIED IN ANNEX "A" OF PPA MC NO. 11-96, ENTITLED "DESIGNATION OF ANCHORAGE GROUNDS AT PMO BASEPORTS"

In order to accommodate more bulk carriers and maximize the use of the MICT basin, the geographical positions of the anchorage grounds for MICT as specified in Annex "A" of PPA MC No. 11-96 are hereby amended and the following are designated as anchorage berths at MICT:

Anchorage No. 1 = Lat. 140 36' 27" North

Long. 1200 56' 25.6" East

Anchorage No. 2 = Lat. 140 36' 26" North

Long. 1200 66' 39.3" East

Anchorage No. 3 = Lat. 140 36' 25.5" North

Long. 1200 56' 14" East

All other provisions of PPA MC No. 11-96 shall remain valid and enforceable.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in any newspaper of general circulation.
