PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

Reproduced hereto is a letter dated 26 February 1997 addressed to Ms. Alice B. Reyes, CEBS-Representative, Maligaya Bldg., 887 EDSA, Quezon City, from USEC Antonio P. Belicena, Revenue Operations Group, Department of Finance interposing no objection to SGS recommendation of granting its request for exemption from SGS Pre-shipment inspection subject to the cited conditions therein to wit:

1. All shipments would be donations;

2. No foreign exchange from the Philippines; and

3. All shipments are conditionally duty exempt.

Be guided accordingly.
