DECLARING FRIDAY, 31 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

WHEREAS, on 31 July 2026, Friday, the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan will mark the celebration of the Malagnang Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Vicente be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 31 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
