AN ACT RECLASSIFYING THE SAN JOSE CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE NUEVA ECIJA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The San Jose City Emergency Hospital in the City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija, is reclassified into a provincial hospital to be known as the Nueva Ecija Provincial Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
