DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS , Friday, September 3, 2004, marks the 36th Charter Foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, September 3, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done , in the City of Manila this 12th day of August in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Four.
