AMENDMENT TO THE SCHEDULE OF ERC FEES AND CHARGES

This revised schedule of rates which was approved by the Commission at its meeting held on 03 December 2003 amends Item IV-A of the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges to read as follows:

NATURE OF FEES

IV-A For the issuance of Certificate of Compliance (COC) to Independent Power Producer (for 5 years duration) pursuant to the standards set for the generation of electric power. Section 6 R.A. No. 9136 Php 10,000.00 (exclusive of actual cost a technical audit/evaluation)

IV-B For the issuance of Certificate of Compliance (COC) to the owner of a Self Generation Facilities with the following aggregate installed capacity (for 5 years duration) pursuant to the standards set for the generation of electric power: Section 6 R.A. No. 9136

100 KW and below

Php 1,500.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)

101 - 500 KW Php 5,000.00 (exclu- of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)

501 - 999 KW Php 7,500.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)

1 MW and above Php 10,000.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)

This amendment to the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges shall become effective fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
