SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF R.A.R. CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

a. concreting of Junction DEBESMAC Road, Mandaon, Masbate, with a contract amount of P485,488.00; and

b. concreting of Altabano and Valdemoro Streets at Balud and Baleno, Masbate, in the amount of P299,602.00

for abandonment thereof, the said corporation and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding in the DPWH and its line agencies.

In addition, pending final determination and settlement of the corporation’s liabilities under Clause 97 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Presidential Decree No. 1870 for above-mentioned projects, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to R.A.R. Construction and Development Corporation without prior clearance from the Secretary.
