LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF A.B. MATIAS CONSTRUCTION

In view of the fact that A.B. MATIAS CONSTRUCTION and its proprietor have already been suspended/blacklisted for more than one (1) year since their suspension on May 17, 1990 due to the rescission of its contract for the construction of Salug-Dacu Bridge, Phase I, Dipolog City-Pagadian City Road, Zamboanga del Norte, the same is hereby lifted effective immediately, without prejudice to the recovery of whatever claim the government has against it prior to rescission. This Department Order revokes Department Order No. 110 dated May 17, 1990.
