SUSPENSION BLACKLISTING OF D.D. COMENDADOR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION

As penalty for submitting a fake certificate of cash deposit in connection with its contract for the construction of Taft- Oras Road (Taft- Canavid Section), Eastern Samar, D.D. Comendador Construction Corporation and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/black-listed from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year.
