DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINGAWAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of Iloilo will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and its Pagnahi-an Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bingawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration. NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of Iloilo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
