"RESOLVED, That, as recommended by Management, the increase in parking and lobby fees as follows:

be approved, as it is hereby approved, subject to existing rules and regulations."

"RESOLVED, FURTHER, That, the proposed increase is due to the Expanded Value Added Tax as mandated by Republic Act No. 7716 and the spiralling administrative costs involved in ensuring full transparency in parking and lobby transactions."

That, the foregoing Resolution is still in full force and effect, and has not been repealed, amended, or modified as of this date.
