AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 8140, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC USE THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT CALLE BODEGA, BEING THE DEAD-END PORTION OF T. AYALA STREET IN ERMITA, BARANGAY 663, ZONE 71, DISTRICT V, MANILA, RECLASSIFYING THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FROM ROAD LOT TO PATRIMONIAL PROPERTY, PROVIDING FOR ITS USE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 8140, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. Calle Bodega, being the dead-end portion of T. Ayala Street in Ermita, Manila, situated at Barangay 663, Zone 71, 5th District of Manila, is hereby withdrawn from public use as a road lot to be reclassified as a lot for the Land-for-the-Landless Program of the City of Manila;

SEC. 2. The subject road lot ought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as home lot to form part of the City Government's Land-for-the-Landless Program to be awarded thru sale and on installment basis to the actual bona fide tenant/s thereat." SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 16, 2014,
