NOTICE, SECTION 21.1

ERRATUM:

In the Horseracing Rules distributed to all Philracom licensees last January 2002, please be informed that Section 21.1 which reads:

"Gelded horses will not be allowed to participate in races except those who are already runners." should now read as:

GELDED HORSES, EXCEPT IMPORTED ONES, WILL NOW BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RACES.

as per Philracom Board Resolution approved last September 17, 1999.
