FURTHER AMENDING BOARD REGULATION NO. 3, SERIES OF 1978, AS BY RECLASSIFYING PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS WITH PROPOXYPHENE AND/OR ITS SALTS AS ACTIVE INGREDIENTS AS PROHIBITED DRUGS
All pharmaceutical preparations with propoxyphene and/or its salts as active ingredients are hereby classified as Prohibited Drugs.
The exempt preparations defined in Board Regulation No. 3 series of 1981 are not affected by this Regulation and shall remain as such under the conditions stipulated in the said exempted regulation.
This Regulation shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its second publication in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 40(3) of RA 6425, as amended.
