PRODUCT REGISTRATION

Attached for your information and guidance is a letter from the Bureau of Food and Drugs, Department of Health dated August 26, 1996 requesting the Bureau to issue a circular to all ports of entry requiring the presentation of a BFAD certificate of product registration from consignee or importers of food products, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and hazardous substances in accordance with Art. 15 of R.A. 7394.
