SUBMISSION OF QUARTERLY STATISTICAL REPORT ON SELECTED FINANCIAL DATA

In connection with the Circular Letter issued by ISAP and PLIA in March 1995 on the above-captioned subject, please be advised that starting this year and thereafter the said quarterly selected statistics should be submitted directly to this Commission. Please be reminded that said report should be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of every quarter.

Strict compliance with the above-requirements is hereby enjoined.
