DECLARING MONDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2024, Monday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its 24 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental
