DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 1, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC

WHEREAS , Saturday, July 1, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlace be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO , do hereby declare Saturday, July 1, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac
