INCREASE TO 40% THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY ALLOWABLE ON SUPERVISED TRANSFER ON EXPORT QUOTAS (EQ)

To ease the tight quota situation and to provide for other possible sources of quota for those with confirmed orders but no quota on hand, the Board on 19 October 1999 approved and confirmed the increase on the maximum allowable quantity of Supervised Transfer Scheme from 20% to 40%.

This Circular takes effect immediately.
