SERVICE CHARGE, MONITORING, PERMIT AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS FEES, ETC., DUE SRA

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 1, series of 1994-1995, dated 12 October 1994 regarding Service Charges, Monitoring, Permit and Laboratory Analysis Fees, etc., due SRA, it is hereby ordered that effective Crop Year 1999-2000, the Monitoring/Service Fee of the following shall be collected on the basis of raw sugar and not on the end or finished product, to wit:

a. From Raw to Refined - P1.20 per Lkg

b. From Raw to Washed,

Improved Raw, Blanco

Directo, etc. - P1.20 per Lkg

Strict compliance of all concerned is hereby enjoined.
