DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 11 September 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 73 rd Founding Anniversary and the Agten Tufi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 11 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
