RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, LOCATED IN BARANGAY NORTH BAY BOULEVARD SOUTH, NAVOTAS CITY, METRO MANILA, FOR PUBLIC USE AND PURPOSE, AND GRANTING ADMINISTRATION THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF NAVOTAS

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a parcel of land of the public domain, identified as Lot No. 6567, located in Barangay North Bay Boulevard South, Navotas City, for public use and purpose, and grant the administration thereof in favor of the City Government of Navotas, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if there be any, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
