AMENDMENT TO SEC. 1377 MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 903 dated September 25, 1992, approved the amendment of Section 1377 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries so as to include foreign exchange dealership/brokering as financial allied undertakings of banks with expanded commercial banking authority.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
