DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 26 January 2017, the City of Cadiz marks the celebration of its 43 rd Dinagsa Festival ;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 26 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
