In accordance with, specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee (ICC) made in its meeting of November 4, 1980, stated in the memorandum of the Minister of Economic Planning dated November 13, 1980, the various amendments proposed to the following Priorities Plan are hereby approved:

1. Thirteenth Investment Priorities Plan; 2. Eleventh Export Priorities Plan; 3. Third Agricultural Investment Priorities Plan; 4. Sixth Public Utilities Priorities Plan; and 5. Energy Priorities Plan.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
