DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes will be celebrating the Kaaldawan nin Virac on 07 December 2023.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Thursday, 07 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
