DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBLAY, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Tublay, Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tublay to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tublay, Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
